Ordering
By placing an order you accept these delivery and payment terms. Prices are shown in the online store and include VAT 14 percent.
Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery costs are shown in the shopping cart. Some orders may qualify for free delivery.
If a product is out of stock it will be delivered immediately when new stock arrives. If a product is significantly delayed or unavailable you will be notified and may cancel the order.
Payment
Payment is made at checkout using:
- Finnish online bank payment buttons
Payment service provider: Paytrail Oyj.
The order is processed only after payment is confirmed.
Returns
Consumers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving the product.
Products are food supplements, classified as hygiene and food items. This means returns are accepted only for unopened, unused, fully resaleable products in intact original packaging.
The customer must notify us by email before returning.
Return instructions must be followed exactly. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are deducted from the refund.
If the return inspection shows that a package has been opened or the product used the refund is not issued.
If an order is not collected it is treated as a return and all delivery and return costs are deducted from the refund.
Complaints
If a product is defective or incorrect contact us within 14 days with photos and details. We will provide a replacement or refund.
Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by unavoidable events beyond our control, for example natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics or government restrictions.
Dispute resolution
Unresolved disputes may be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board. Before this the consumer must contact consumer advisory services.
Right to change terms
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes take effect immediately when published in the online store.
